1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Cloneo, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cloneo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cloneo. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Cloneo offers free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for cancellation details.

5. Content Rights and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of AI-generated content you create and content you post. However, by posting content publicly on Cloneo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated images and videos are created based on your prompts. You have the right to use this content, but acknowledge that AI output may not be unique and others may generate similar content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, offensive, or sexually explicit content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service for spam or commercial solicitation
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. AI Service Disclaimers

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate images and videos. We do not guarantee:

• Quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That AI models will always be available

You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and how you use generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account poses security or legal risks

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloneo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

The Cloneo platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
