1. Digital Service Only

Cloneo provides digital AI-powered services including image generation, video creation, and social networking features. All services are delivered instantly through our web and mobile applications.

2. No Physical Products

We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There are no:

  • Shipping fees or costs
  • Delivery addresses required
  • Shipping times or tracking
  • Physical product returns or exchanges

3. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your account receives immediate access to:

  • Pro subscription features (if applicable)
  • Generation credits
  • Premium features and tools

You will receive a confirmation email from our payment processor (Razorpay) upon successful transaction.

4. Service Access Issues

If you experience any delay in receiving your subscription or credits after payment, please:

  • Wait 5-10 minutes and refresh the app
  • Log out and log back in
  • Check your payment confirmation email
