Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for Cloneo's digital services and subscriptions.

1. Nature of Digital Services

Cloneo is a SaaS platform providing instant digital services including:

  • AI-powered image and video generation
  • Pro subscription features and benefits
  • Generation credits and tools

All services are consumed immediately upon usage. Once credits are spent or a generation is created, those services cannot be "returned" like physical goods.

2. Subscription Cancellations

How to Cancel: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through:

  • App Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Contacting support at reach@cloneo.in

What Happens After Cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to Pro features until the period expires
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Accidental Purchase: If you purchased by mistake and have not used any credits or features, contact us within 24 hours
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems prevented you from using the service, and we cannot resolve them
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally NOT provided for:

  • Credits already spent on AI generations
  • Subscription time already used (partial refunds)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email reach@cloneo.in within 7 days of the transaction
  2. Include your transaction ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund
  3. Explain the issue or error in detail
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

Important: Refund requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
  • Bank/card processing may take an additional 3-7 days
  • You will receive email confirmation once processed

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be immediately suspended
  • We may dispute the chargeback with documentation
  • Future purchases may be restricted

8. Free Trial Cancellations

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Ensure you cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.
