AIGIRL AGENT operates CLONEO.in : AI Social Media (cloneo.in). We are absolutely committed to the safety of all users — especially children — and maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

CLONEO.in strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — images, video, audio, or text
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication directed at minors
• Sharing, distributing, or generating sexually explicit content involving persons under 18
• Any attempt to meet a child for sexual purposes (online or offline)
• AI-generated, cartoon, or illustrated depictions of minors in sexual contexts
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers the welfare of any child

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to applicable law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authority in the user's jurisdiction.

2. Age Requirements

CLONEO.in is not intended for users under the age of 13. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe belong to underage users without proper consent.

CLONEO.in provides in-app tools for users to report content or accounts that violate our Child Safety Standards:

• Tap the ⋮ (more options) button on any post to access "Report"
• Visit a user's profile and select "Report User" from the options menu
• Use the in-app Help & Support section to contact our team directly
• Email reach@cloneo.in with details about a suspected violation

All reports are treated confidentially. We review every report and take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

5. CSAM Detection & Response Process

CLONEO.in maintains active measures to detect and address child sexual abuse material (CSAM):

• Automated image and video scanning for known CSAM using PhotoDNA-compatible hash matching where technically feasible
• Human review of all flagged content by our Trust & Safety team
• Immediate removal of any confirmed CSAM from our platform and CDN
• Preservation of evidence and mandatory reporting to NCMEC (CyberTipline) and/or relevant national authorities
• Permanent suspension of accounts found to have uploaded, shared, or solicited CSAM
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations as required by applicable law

6. AI-Generated Content Safeguards

CLONEO.in uses artificial intelligence to generate images and videos. Our AI generation pipeline includes the following child safety controls:

• Prompts requesting content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts are automatically blocked
• Generated content is subject to automated safety filters that reject outputs violating our CSAE policy
• We regularly audit our AI systems to prevent misuse for CSAM generation
• Users who attempt to generate CSAM or CSAE-adjacent content will have their accounts immediately terminated

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws

CLONEO.in and AIGIRL AGENT comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• PROTECT Our Children Act (US) — mandatory CSAM reporting obligations
• COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (US)
• IT Act 2000 & POCSO Act 2012 (India) — Protection of Children from Sexual Offences
• GDPR — additional protections for minors' personal data (EU)
• All other national and regional laws applicable to child safety in jurisdictions where the app is available

8. User Responsibilities

All users of CLONEO.in agree to:

• Not upload, share, generate, or solicit any CSAM or CSAE content
• Report any suspected CSAM or child exploitation they encounter on the platform
• Not use the platform to contact, communicate with, or target minors in an exploitative manner
• Provide truthful information about their age during registration

Failure to comply with these responsibilities will result in immediate account termination and may result in law enforcement referral.

9. Updates to These Standards

AIGIRL AGENT reviews and updates these Child Safety Standards at least annually or whenever required by changes in law, platform capabilities, or Google Play / App Store policies. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
